Statig herenhuis in hartje Brussel met een kleine 1000m2 oppervlakte. De gebruikers van het gebouw gaan van beeldende kunstenaars (Globe Aroma vzw, Ludovic Pré, Roger Dirckx en Palli Banine), over audiovisuele kunstenaars (Soupmédia vzw - Quizas vzw: cinema) tot podiumkunstenaars (Rien à voir vzw: performances en acrobatie, Badkamer Compagnie: theatermakers en Compagnie Orion vzw: dansgezelschap). Het gebouw straalt een zeer grote présence uit. De aard van het gebouw heeft de keuze van de gebruikers mede bepaald.
